3-hour rental fridays & sundays
PRICING
2025 - The rental fee for the Mezzanine is $450 for a total of 3 hours. (Fridays & Sundays only. no saturdays)
An additional $100 cleaning Fee is required.
$100/hour to extend rental time.
A 40% deposit is required in order to reserve your date. Your party is not confirmed until a deposit is made.
CAPACITY
The upstairs Mezzanine will be able to accommodate up to 60 guests standing for open house or cocktail style gathering. There is built-in banquette seating and bistro tables available.
BAR
Our bar pricing, Bar minimum and information can be found here.
CATERING
At this time we do not require a specific caterer, but you are required to use a licensed caterer.

Use of our two mezzanine getting ready lounges
Use of our mezzanine seating area, which will have a 20-person banquette bench, 11 round bistro tables & stools and one 9' harvest table with benches
